New Instal® 170-2-45 cable trunking
On December 1, 2023, Meka will release new Instal 170-2 cable trunking with a 45 mm socket. Fixtures can be used in the 45 mm socket.
By December 31, 2023, Meka will discontinue the 170-2 cable trunkings with a 48 mm socket from its product offering.
Starting from January 1, 2024, Meka’s cable trunkings will come in sizes 100, 130, 170, and 210, compatible with K45 and K80 covers.
Change in cable trunking socket from 48 to 45 mm
The new cable trunking with a 45 mm furniture opening will replace the one with a 48 mm opening according to the table below.
