Generational changes in the management of the Group’s parent company

As a natural continuation of the ongoing generational change in the Propria Group, Mr. Jorma Paturi retired from the position of President and CEO of Propria Oy on 30 April 2021.

At its meeting on 23 April 2021, the Board of Directors of Propria Oy unanimously elected Mr. Pontus Paturi as the new President and CEO of Propria Oy as of 1 May 2021.

Mr. Jorma Paturi will continue as Chairman of the Boards of Propria Oy, Meka Pro Oy and Unipro Oy Ltd.
