EPD environmental declarations available for all Meka’s product lines
It is now easier than ever to take the environmental impact of Meka’s products into account when selecting cable management systems, as EPDs cover almost the entire product range. Last year, we published environmental declarations for PG, EG, HDG and XPG® products. EPDs are now also available for painted and HST products, as well as for aluminium Instal® cable trunkings.
An EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is a third-party verified environmental declaration that provides information on a product’s environmental impacts throughout its life cycle. Meka’s EPDs have been drawn up in collaboration with One Click LCA. The declarations provide reliable and transparent environmental information and support the assessment of products’ environmental impacts.

With EPDs covering seven material and surface treatment options, the majority of Meka’s range of over 2,500 standard products is now covered by EPDs.
Product-specific information to support design
In addition to EPDs, we provide product-specific carbon footprint data to support our customers’ emissions calculations and sustainability targets. Product-specific carbon footprints can be found on the product pages.
EPD declarations and product-specific environmental data form part of our long-term sustainability work. Our aim is to achieve carbon neutrality in our own operations by 2030.
